Batch call campaigns

Upload a list and have your agent call everyone, at a controlled pace, inside a calling window.

How do I run a batch calling campaign?

  1. Open Batch Calls and create a campaign: pick the agent, the from-number, and upload your recipients as CSV (phone numbers in E.164, plus any columns you want available as {{variables}} in the prompt).
  2. Set concurrency - how many calls run at the same time (default 5; your plan may cap it).
  3. Optionally set a calling window: days of the week, time slots, and timezone, or a scheduled start time. The dialer only places calls inside the window.
  4. Start the campaign. The first wave dials immediately (up to your concurrency), and new calls top up automatically every minute as earlier ones finish.

What happens when someone doesn't answer?

Unanswered, busy, and declined dials are marked no-answer; dials that failed before ringing (bad number, trunk issue) are marked failed. Answered calls are handled by the agent and their transcript and outcome appear in Calls like any other call.

What if my balance runs out mid-campaign?

Dialing pauses automatically when your remaining budget can't safely cover the calls already in flight, and resumes on its own after a wallet top-up - no recipient is lost, pending contacts just wait.
