Pricing, without the fine print
What does 'all-inclusive' actually mean?
The per-minute rate is the whole price of the call. Speech recognition, the voice, the language model, and the platform are all inside it. Most tools price each of those separately, so one small configuration choice quietly changes what a minute costs you. Here a minute always costs what the page says it costs.
So there are no other usage charges at all?
Voice calls bill by the minute at your plan's rate, and that is the only usage meter. Starter and Growth include unlimited web chat; Pay As You Go includes 200 chats a month. If you bring your own phone carrier, your carrier bills you for their leg separately, exactly as they do today; we add nothing on top of it.
What happens when I use up my included minutes?
Calls simply continue at your plan's per-minute rate from your wallet balance. No overage penalty rate, no surprise tier jump. The rate you signed up at is the rate you pay.
Can I start without a subscription?
Yes. Pay As You Go has no monthly fee: top up a wallet and pay per minute. When your volume grows, a plan's included minutes make each minute cheaper, and you can switch at any time.
