Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the WorkflowHQ website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
WorkflowHQ provides AI voice agents that make and answer phone calls, AI chat agents, and workflow automation, billed on a subscription and/or per-minute basis as shown on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you have paid for during a billing period.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
Acceptable use
Because WorkflowHQ places real phone calls, you agree to:
- Comply with telecom and anti-spam laws that apply to your calls — including TRAI/DND regulations in India and the TCPA in the United States — and call only people you have a lawful basis to contact.
- Not use the service for harassment, fraud, impersonation of others, or illegal content.
- Provide any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires for recorded or automated calls.
- Not attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the platform.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- Usage-based charges (call minutes) are metered and billed as described on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (elsewhere).
- Cancellations and refunds are handled per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your data and content
You own your data — prompts, contact lists, transcripts, and recordings in your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, processing audio through speech providers to produce transcripts). Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
AI agents can make mistakes: transcripts may contain errors and agents may occasionally misunderstand a caller. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
