Questions, answered
Do I need to know n8n to use this?
No. We design, build, and maintain the workflows for you. n8n is the engine underneath because it is open and inspectable, but you interact with outcomes: calls made, bookings created, records updated.
Can it connect to my in-house tools?
If your tool has an API or can send and receive webhooks, yes. Custom endpoints are normal work for us, not an enterprise add-on.
What happens when a step fails?
Runs are logged end to end with alerts on failure, and important sequences get retry and fallback paths. If a call goes unanswered, the workflow can send a WhatsApp and schedule a retry instead of silently dropping the lead.
Is this priced separately from the agents?
Standard integrations, calendar, CRM, sheets, webhooks, are part of getting your agent live. Genuinely custom builds are scoped honestly up front, and the agent's per-minute rate never changes because of them.
