Call rates are all inclusive. Speech recognition, the voice, the AI and the platform are all inside the per-minute price, so there is no separate model bill and no separate telephony bill. Calls and AI chats are the only meters, and your free minutes are used first every month.

Pricing, without the fine print
What am I paying for each month?
The platform. Agents, conversations, contacts, pipelines, automations, the shared inbox, the integrations and Maya, for your whole team up to your plan's user limit rather than per seat. Voice minutes and AI chats are the only usage meters, and every plan includes a batch of both each month.
What happens when I use up my free minutes?
Calls carry on at your plan's per-minute rate, taken from your wallet balance. There is no penalty rate and no tier jump: the rate on your plan is the rate you pay, and Growth has the lowest one we offer.
What does 'everything included' mean on a call?
The per-minute rate is the whole price of the call. Speech recognition, the voice, the language model and the platform are all inside it. Most tools price each of those separately, so one configuration choice quietly changes what a minute costs you. Here a minute always costs what the page says it costs.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes, two ways. The Free plan has no card and no billing at all, so you can build agents, use the CRM and run automations for as long as you like. Paid plans also start with a 10-day trial that includes voice minutes and AI chats, so you can hear an agent handle a real call before the first charge.
Do you charge per user?
No. Your plan covers your whole team up to its user limit, and every one of them gets the full platform. We meter conversations, not people.
What about simulations and the AI assistant?
Both are included on paid plans. Simulations let you test an agent against realistic callers before it ever answers a real one, and Maya answers questions and does work for you inside your dashboard. Both carry fair-use allowances, set out in the terms.
